The company is led by two experienced engineering professionals:
Mr. Halesh Construction Engineer, Founder & Managing Director, with over 25 years of EPC leadership experience and Mr. Pradeep D. R., Managing Director, an Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, planning, execution and maintenance.
Together, the leadership team contributes more than 45 years of combined EPC expertise, enabling SAFEX to execute projects of varying complexity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

His expertise covers the complete project lifecycle, including design management, engineering coordination, tendering, estimation, procurement, planning, execution, testing & commissioning, operations, and maintenance. His experience in mission-critical facilities, industrial manufacturing, commercial developments, warehouses, and complex MEP systems strengthens SAFEX's ability to execute technically demanding projects.
